Norm has injured his ankle - I don't think he knows how he did it - but it's definitely swollen and appears painful. So this morning we spent some time at the local hospital and pharmacy.

The remainder of the day was taken up with more swimming, being fish food, reading the South America guide books and trying to familiarize ourselves with the route road logs that Norm has given us.
