It snowed in the hills above our camping spot last night!
We had a pleasant drive back into Cusco, the road was generally good and the scenery continued to be spectacular.
Once back in Cusco we got into the mode of doing chores. Among those was get a longer electrical cord so we can connect to the campground electrical supply. This proved a little harder than expected as there are no HomeDepot stores. Eventually we found a small electrical store where we could buy the cable cut to length and the plugs. The store keeper, Miguel, was kind enough to put it all together for us.
Miguel, gracias!
Back in the main square we discovered that Cusco was having a parade !! So we spent a couple of hours watching the various groups perform their dances. The costumes were, to say the least, colorful.
