We got a visit from some birds of prey this morning while packing up. They looked particularly spectacular against the bright blue sky so we spent a while trying to "get some pics". The remainder of the day was not note worthy until we reached Daly Waters, our next camping spot.

Daly Waters was named by the explorer John Stuart and given the name you will not be surprised to learn that he found water at this spot in the form of a number of spring fed pools. Today it is a very quaint and ramshackle place, but non the less seems to be a major stopping point for travelers with caravans and other forms of campers. By the time the sun set the campground was packed, the local pub had a live band playing and all in all the population and activity masked the remoteness of the place.
