The wind was STILL strong this morning and from online weather forecasts did not seem it would lessen until at least Sunday (today being Friday), so another change of plans was required. Rather than stay at Valdevaqueros or follow the coast we decided to make for Sevilla for the night.
More good roads, 13 euros in tolls, and the 200km or so from Valdevaqueros to Sevilla passed quickly and we found ourselves in very dense traffic heading towards our selected camping spot for the night. Another area de autocaravanas. This one in the dock area of Seville. When we got there it became obvious that it was a vehicle work shop, and storage area for cars that had given over part of the area to motorhome parking. Through out the afternoon car-carrier semi-trailers arrived to collect and/or deposit cars.
Surprisingly good facilities. Electricity, washing machine, dryer, toilets, showers, dump and fresh water. Though, I had to lengthen our electrical cable to get to the electrical outlet.
The afternoon was occupied with a walk into the old town area of Sevilla. We particularly liked the Plaza de España and its exhibition building built for the 1929 Ibero-American Exhibition.
